Swim Instructor | Kaiako Kauhoe
Dash Swim School, based at Cannon’s Creek pool, are looking for enthusiastic and committed people to join our team of Swim Instructors. We will provide you with all the training required, you’ll just need to bring a can-do-attitude and be prepared to be in the water to teach our Tamariki swimming skills.
This casual on call role offers flexibility to work around your life. Let us know your availability in your cover letter.
All about the job
Our Swim School Philosophy is simple; first we teach you to survive in the water, then we teach you to swim.
As a Dash Swim Instructor you will
- Hold learn to swim lessons in the pool
- Ensure children are safe during the lessons
- Provide excellent customer service
All about you
You will need to be positive and energetic, and have lots of enthusiasm for working with children is required and we offer full training.
You’ll need to show us that you:
- are confident working with children
- are confident and capable in the water
- have a calm and engaging manner with children
- have a ‘can-do’ attitude towards customer service
Note that this role also requires you to go through a police vetting process.
