All about the job
Our Philosophy is simple; first we teach you to survive, then we teach you to swim. As a Dash Instructor you will help teach our future generation about Water Safety and Swimming. You will be responsible for:
Instructing swimming lessons with up to 5 children per class
Ensuring children are safe during the lessons
Teaching specific water safety lessons
Providing excellent customer service to clients and providing effective communication to care-givers regarding the child’s progression
All about you
You will need to be passionate about what you do and have a love for the water. Experience is desired however full training and qualifications are offered to all Dash Instructors. You’ll need to show us that you:
are confident working with children
have a calm and engaging manner with children
can follow structured lessons and motivate each child to create an effective learning environment
The hours of work may change for term to term but we have two roles with hours rostered on these days:
Mon, Wed & Fri afternoons and Saturday mornings
Mon, Thu & Fri afternoons and Saturday mornings
