  • Support month-end financial processes, forecasting and funding claims
  • Assist with procurement activities, project plans and contract administration
  • Maintain project documentation and information systems
  • Coordinate meetings, traffic management requests and stakeholder communications
  • Support reporting to Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency and other key partners
  • Monitor service requests and help ensure timely responses
  • Take ownership of smaller projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

About you

You'll be someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working with a variety of people and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.

To be successful, you'll have:

  • Experience coordinating projects in practical, operational or field-based environments
  • Strong administration, financial and business process skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
  • The confidence to work independently and use initiative
  • A customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering great service
