Fitness Customer Services & Membership Consultant

About the role

This role will embrace your passion for creating a fantastic customer experience and provide you with a dynamic and friendly team environment.

You will be responsible for:

• minding our front desk and assisting gym members with enquiries
• basic sales of memberships
• assisting in the achievement of excellent customer experience for all members
• accurately maintain the administrative function for the Arena gym
• showing potential members around the facility

About you

We are seeking a customer focused, friendly and approachable person to work on reception at the Arena Gym. You’ll need to show us that you:

• have previous experience working in a customer facing environment
• have a genuine thirst to put customer service at the heart of everything you do
• enjoy working in a team environment
• can work systematically
• have a passion for helping others
• can work the agreed shifts
